Operational Data (TMS)

Shipment Details: Information related to shipments, including shipper and consignee names and addresses, freight details, tracking numbers, and billing information.
User-Generated Content: Reports, notes, documents, or other files you upload to the TMS.
Vehicle & Driver Data: If applicable, this may include vehicle identification numbers (VINs), driver’s license information, and location data.

Data from Google Services

Our Services integrate with certain Google services to enhance functionality. By authorizing these integrations, you grant us access to information from your Google account.

Google Account Information: We collect your basic Google profile information (name, email) to authenticate and link your Google account.
Google Maps/Address Data: If you use our location or routing features, we may process addresses and location data via Google Maps APIs to validate addresses, calculate routes, or estimate ETAs. We do not store your Google Maps search history.
Google Drive Files: If you choose to link your Google Drive, we will access only the specific files or folders you explicitly authorize us to use (e.g., to attach documents to a shipment). We do not have access to your entire Google Drive.
Google Calendar: If you sync your calendar, we may access event information (event times, titles, attendees) to schedule shipments, reminders, or appointments within the TMS.
Gmail: IMPORTANT! If you authorize the Gmail integration, our service will scan the content of your emails only to [describe the specific, limited purpose, e.g., “automatically find and import shipment-related emails and documents (like BOLs or invoices) into the TMS”]. We will not use this data for any other purpose, such as marketing, and will not share it with third parties.

Usage Data

Log and Device Data: Information automatically collected when you access our Services, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages you visited.
Cookies: We use cookies to help personalize your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our TMS services.
Process your transactions and manage your shipments.
Create and manage your account.
Respond to your support requests and comments.
Improve our service, perform analytics, and understand how users interact with our platform.

Specific Use of Google Data: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We will only use the Google data you authorize to provide or improve the specific, user-facing features of our TMS (as described in Section 1).
We will not transfer this data to others unless necessary to provide the feature, comply with the law, or as part of a merger/acquisition (with your consent).
We will not use Google data for advertising purposes.
We will not allow humans to read this data unless:

We have your affirmative consent for specific messages;
It is necessary for security purposes (like investigating abuse);
To comply with applicable laws; or
For internal operations after the data has been anonymized.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:

With Service Providers: With third-party vendors and contractors who perform services for us (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, data analytics). These providers are obligated to protect your data.
With Third-Party Services (Google): When you connect your Google account, certain information is inherently shared with Google to make the integration work (e.g., sending an address to the Google Maps API). We recommend you review Google’s Privacy Policy.
To Comply with Law: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with a merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.
With Your Consent: We may share your information with any other third party with your explicit consent.
